62 g milk, 1/4 cup
62 g water, 1/3 cup
7 g honey, 1 tsp
A pinch of salt (approx. 2g)
55 g butter, 1/4 cup
75 g flour, 2/3 cup
100 g egg, 2 units
Put the water, milk, butter, salt and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add the flour. Then, over medium heat, stir until the dough is well incorporated.
Stir for a few minutes so that the steam escapes.
Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Let cool for a few minutes.
Add the eggs little by little and stir each time until the dough absorbs all the eggs. The dough should be smooth and shiny.
Put the dough in a piping bag and pipe 3 cm cream puffs on a buttered baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
