Cookies are probably the yummiest dessert one can enojy for tea time, for breakfast or simply for no reason.
This is a healthy take on the traditional cookies recipe.
Ingredients Yields 12 cookies
2 tbsp honey
125 g rolled oats
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
75 g chocolate chips
Start by mashing the banana in a bowl. Add the honey and mix.
Add the oats, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla extract and mix.
Add the beaten egg and mix until incorporated. Then add the chocolate chips.
When the dough is ready, make cookie balls (about 12) and flatten with a spatula until about 2 cm thick.
