Ingredients For 15 spheres of 4 cm
225 g dark chocolate
30 g vegetable oil
100 g peanut butter (preferably unsweetened)
1 pinch of salt
50 g icing sugar
Add the salt to the peanut butter and microwave for about 20 sec until it becomes liquid.
Add the icing sugar and mix until you get a homogeneous paste.
If the mixture is too compact, microwave it for a few seconds.
Making the chocolate bites
For this step, I recommend using a mold with 4 cm half-spheres
Melt the chocolate with the oil in a double boiler.
Once the chocolate is melted, put a teaspoon of chocolate in each half-sphere and completely cover the mold cavity.
Add a tea spoon of peanut butter garnish.
Cover with chocolate.
Repeat for the other half-spheres.
Let stand 20 min in the fridge before tasting.
