Peanut chocolate marble cake
Mis à jour : 3 août 2020
The marble cake is in my opinion one of the most chic and elegant cakes that can be made. Although it is decorated on the outside, the real beauty of this cake comes from the marbled shape hidden inside.
If like me you have too much peanut butter at home, then this cake is the best way to use it. This chocolate peanut blend is a perfect balance between the strength of the cocoa and the slightly salty taste of the peanut.
The technical instruction for the marbled shape is how to pipe the cake. Once the two cakes are ready (peanut and chocolate), pipe a W in chocolate cake, then an M on top in peanut cake, and so on. The result will be really surprising!

When taken out of the oven, leave to cool to temperature, then put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
